MODEL CONSENT AND RELEASE

The undersigned model hereby irrevocably consents to and authorizes VRG Photography (Victor R. Gaines, photographer), all photographs you have taken of me, for any purpose whatsoever, without any compensation to me.
I acknowledge that some of these photographic portraits or pictures of me, digital or print, may be published unless it can be shown that the said photograph was maliciously caused, produced, and published for the sole purpose of subjecting me to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn and indignity.
By signing this consent and release form, the undersigned model represents that s/he is over 18 years of age. The undersigned certify that before signing this document that we have read it completely and understand it, and are bound, as is our estate. The model releases the undersigned photographer and gives up any and all future claims and rights.
